Delegation Trip Tickets
 

All indicated prices are net prices.

We ask for your understanding that participants from the originally planned 2020 tour will be given priority consideration.

The registration fee for onsite participation covers:

• Plant visits as indicated (visits are subject to change)
• 5 nights in hotels (4-star standard) including breakfast
• Lunch arrangement/packet on 5 days
• Dinner arrangement as indicated
• Cultural Programme as indicated
• Transportation by bus or train (including daily pick-up at and return to hotel)
• Accompanying interpreter (Japanese/English)
• Luggage service from hotel to hotel

• Flights
• Transfer to another departure airport or other times than stated in the itinerary
• Beverages outside of the meals
• Additional overnight stay (when not booked via the ticket extensions)

Important Information

• Registrations will be considered first-come first-serve
• Only delegates from forging companies that are members of EUROFORGEs national associations are allowed to register. Vacant spaces are then distributed to suppliers.
• Every member association gets a contingent of seats according to their share of the membership fee
• EUROFORGE associated members get 1 seat each
• If the contingent of a member association is not fully used, it will go to a pool for the remaining interested members
• Every company can register 1 person at first (only if there are free seats available, they can register a second person)
• Participants from the originally planned 2020 tour will be given priority consideration

• Trip price in € is calculated based on the exchange rate of 09.03.2026 (1€=183 YEN). If currency fluctuations exceed 5%, we reserve the right to adjust prices
• Minimum number of participants: 25
• If the minimum number is not reached, the trip will not take place
• The number of participants for the trip is limited to 38 delegates
• Registrations are binding
• Flights and connecting trips are to be booked individually only after confirmation
• No cameras, cell phones or recording devices of any kind will be permitted on the plant visits. Attendees are encouraged to leave these items in their hotel rooms or on the buses
• Sturdy shoes are mandatory during all Plant Visits. If you have safety shoes, you are welcome to wear them. The safety instructions within the visited companies must be followed
• By booking this trip, you agree to the EUROFORGE antitrust legislation and will comply with these regulations at all time

• The official delegation trip will end on Friday, 13th November 2026 after the last plant visit
• You may book a return flight starting from the evening of Friday, 13 November 2026
• Please note that accommodation for the sixth night is not included in the fees but can be added optionally if required
• Arrival airport: Hanida Airport, Tokyo
• Departure airport: Kansai Airport, Osaka
• Transfers as per itinerary
• Delegation trip programmes are subject to change

• Please note that we recommend applying for a visa (if necessary) for Japan well in advance
• For arrival into Japan document requirements vary depending on your country of origin, citizenship, the reason for your visit, and the length of your stay, and may include a passport or a birth certificate, photo ID, and/or a visa
• We recommend that you familiarize yourself at an early stage with any necessary or recommended vaccinations

Programme extension tickets

Participants in programme extension must attend the core programme

Regulations:

• Minimum number of participants: 6
• Only bookable for delegates taking part in the core programme
• Tour price in € is calculated based on the exchange rate of 09.03.2026 (1€=183 YEN). If currency fluctuations exceed 5%, we reserve the right to adjust prices
